Capacity building of the development committees formed under the sector, evaluation and monitoring of the work of the development committees and various departments like Women and Child Development, Panchayat and Rural Development, Social Welfare Department, Urban Welfare Department, Health Department and AYUSH Department, Public Health Tourism Department and To cooperate with the government in the implementation of major development/public welfare schemes of the Farmers Welfare and Agriculture Department along with the development committees formed under the sector. Publicity of the said schemes, preparation of information about the beneficiaries of the scheme and the list of remaining beneficiaries and making it available to the concerned department. To conduct evaluation and monitoring of schemes, social audit and impact analysis.
